Support

Being a Dad Can Be Tough - It’s OK to Ask For Help.

We are not trained mental health experts, but we can signpost you to those who are. Whether you’re struggling right now or just need someone to listen, the organisations below offer free, confidential support.

FDS is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know needs immediate support, please call 111 or text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258.
